Welcome to Goddess Yemaya Boutique's shipping policy! We offer fast and reliable shipping to all of our customers. We take pride in making sure that all of our orders are carefully packaged and shipped out in a timely manner. Within US we offer USPS. If goods are being Shipped out of the country we do offer shipment with DHL. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination. At Goddess Yemaya Boutique, we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Return Policy- ONLY Blouses, Dresses, and Bottoms have a 14-day Return Policy. Bodysuits are FINAL sale. Customers must email us at: goddessyemayaboutique@gmail.com so we can email them a return form. Please note we will not cover the cost of the item/package returned. The customer is responsible for any return FEE, we do ask for a tracking # of the package being returned as we cannot issue a return/store credit if the item is not received or if it's lost in transit.Goddess Yemaya Boutique LLC reserves the right to REJECT returns beyond the return period limit, or if the item is not in the original condition sold.
ALL items Returned MUST:
-BE unwashed
-Must have Original TAGS attached
-​Must be UNUSED/NOT WORN
-Must HAVE no makeup, fake tan, or any other marks/stains
-if the garment smells like perfume, washed, smoke, powder, or any other funky smell we will automatically deny the refund/store credit.
Refund-once we have confirmed we received your package and is in the same condition as we sold it, we will issue a store Credit. We don't offer Money back!
Exchange- due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot guarantee an exchange for you on the same item. but email us so we can accommodate you if we restock or so we can offer you something similar or equivalent to the price you paid.
